2004 Sites Still in Judging Process

118 Sites were Submitted from 60 TRIO programs across the country.

The judging process is:

1. Intellectual Honesty judging through www.turnitin.com
2. Semi-finalist judging through a national committee
3. Finalist judging by three Internet Society Judges.

Winners will be announced mid November, 2004.
